Monastic Retreat: Ginger Beer Pub and Brewery - Studio2
Design made in the Studio 2 class at the De Montfort University in Leicester/UK. The proposal was to restore an old building in the Lower Marsh St. and turn it into a place involving ginger beer. The idea was to make a place where the beer is made, stored, served and also a place where people can stay for a couple of days and have workshops about ginger beer, as well as working in the pub to learn more.
